Lysimachia L. plants are a source of valuable biological components, natural antioxidants, which are actively used in the pharmaceutical industry. The relevance has been substantiated and approaches to the microclonal reproduction of Lysimachia vulgaris L. has been developed at the stage of introduction to culture in vitro. It was established that organogenesis in the culture of L. vulgaris depends on the type of sterilizing agent and the time of exposure. It was revealed that using of sterilizing agents affects the rate and frequency of induction of primary microshoots in vitro. Combining or alternately maintaining explants of L. vulgaris in several sterilization solutions, regardless of type, is ineffective, since plant tissues are significantly damaged and incapable of morphogenesis. The active proliferation of primary micro-shoots on the nutrient medium MS supplemented with 2,5 mg∙l-1 BA and 0,2 mg∙l-1 NAA with a frequency of sprout formation of 90% was noted.
