Abstract

The method of adaptation of plans-regenerants Populus tremula L. green-bark form to ex vitro and in vivo conditions. Optimal humidity and substrate components of adaptation were establish. The most favorable period, the way of adaptations and time of planting and condition of high humidity were researched.
