OAK COPPICES IN PRYKARPATTJA AND THEIR SPATIAL STRUCTURE

Abstract

The spatial structure of naturally regenerated oak woods of Prykarpattja, in Ukraine, is presented. The vertical and horizontal structures of three selected oak-dominated stands were compared. The biometric variability of oaks and diversity of wood species was assessed.
