THE PECULIARITIES OF THE USE OF OAK STANDS IN EROSION CONTROL PLANTATIONS

Abstract

The peculiarities of the use of oak stands in erosion control plantations are displayed. The main forestry meliorate properties of common oak are taking into account its use in the protective afforestation. The importance of legumes, mycorrhizal fungi and other wood species influencing on the growth of common oak are found out.
